Where will I meet my driver at Palma Airport?
We arrange a meet-and-greet inside the terminal with your name displayed. Provide your flight number and check the pickup instructions sent with your booking.
Can I book without creating an account?
Yes. Reserve as a guest, then decide whether you want an account to manage this and future trips.
Can I book a return transfer?
Yes. Add both journeys when booking. Standard outbound and return pickups must be at least 9 hours apart. For a driver who stays with you, choose Prodriver.
What if my plans change?
Standard transfers can be cancelled at least 9 hours before pickup for a full refund of the amount paid. Each return leg is assessed separately. Prodriver hourly services have their own conditions.
Can I travel with children, bikes or golf bags?
Include every passenger, including babies and children. Select child seats and luggage options in the portal. Contact our office for oversized items or help choosing a vehicle.
How far ahead should I book?
Book a standard online transfer at least 9 hours ahead. For shorter notice, contact our team so we can check availability.
